In December of 2006 I reported that I had lost 9lbs in December
goodness gracious — who the heck loses weight in December?
That brought my weight loss then to 34 lbs and 21 inches. That was what I lost in just 16 weeks!
Pretty impressive, huh?
Now in January 2010, I am happy to say that not only have I maintained that weight loss, but last year I lost another 12lbs!!
My total weight loss since I began, in August 2006, is a grand total now of 72 lbs and 36 inches!!
